Hello! I’m Dr. Elizabeth Kinneavy, and I’ve been proudly serving the Boulder County community as a chiropractor since 1998. I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, graduating Magna Cum Laude. I also hold degrees in Biology and Education from the University of Colorado and am a Certified Yoga Instructor as well as a Certified Personal Trainer.

My passion for health, fitness, and lifelong learning fuels my commitment to sharing wellness with others. Prior to my current practice, I founded and practiced at Front Street Health and Wellness Group, where I was dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.

At my current family-friendly chiropractic office, I continue to provide personalized care using the Diversified Technique—a safe and effective approach suitable for people of all ages, including:

I focus on individualized treatment and strive to build meaningful connections with each patient. My approach combines chiropractic adjustments with therapeutic exercises and stretches to restore healthy movement patterns and support long-term, pain-free living.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active, reading, gardening, and spending quality time with my family and our dog, Pepper.
